Return Policy
All purchased items are not eligible for refund after 30 days from the day of purchase.
In the rare case that you received an incorrect item due to our shipping error, please immediately contact us at cs@usdentalinc.com or call us at 562.404.3500 for help. We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse for same unless a shipping error is involved. You can use the most inexpensive means of postal mail or ground service to ship us your return.
A 20% restocking charge applies to any item(s) being returned for refund without any exception. The 20% restocking charge is waived if you exchange for something of equal or greater value or wish to have us issue a store credit for future purchases. These items are not resold as new merchandise. However, we appreciate your business and will waive this charge. Please contact our sales department for more detail during our normal business hours (Mon-Fri / 9AM-5PM PST) at cs@usdentalinc.com or call us at 562.404.3500. You will be responsible for all charges and fees occurred during your return process. A full refund will be given in case your product is defective not functioning properly.
Write your Invoice or Sales Receipt Number prominently on the outside of the box or use a paper to write it down and put inside the shipment. This is your Return Authorization Number. Packages without an Invoice or Sales Receipt number written on the outside of the box will be returned to sender. Once your return shipment is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit, please send it to:

Do not return any merchandise in any type of container which will not protect the product from mishandling. Always use a protective box. Do not return merchandise in envelopes or other flimsy packaging. Credit will not be given for merchandise which arrives in damaged condition due to improper packaging.
Every used consumable product will be charged in case of return.
Late Charges and Attorney’s Fees:
If the payment is not paid when it is due, or is dishonored for any reason, an one time late charge shall be added at a rate equal to Eight Percentage (8%) on the unpaid amount due. Buyer shall be liable for attorney’s fee and cost if any legal proceeding or service is required for the purchase of collection there of.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
All legal matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance only with the laws of the California, and jurisdiction and venue only be in the Court of the county of Los Angeles, State of California.
*Merchandise remains the property of US Dental until paid in full.
Shipping Policy
- The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout.
- The estimation is performed according to the weight of items and their destinations.
- We use UPS to ship orders to anywhere in the US and no international orders are currently being processed online.
